Friendly, professional timely service, and the mechanic/technician Andrew seems very knowledgeable. He installed a Blue Ox flat tow system for our Class A and Ford Edge the day before a trip to Maine. Extremely pleased with the installation, works like a charm! My future service needs I'll be taking to Wide World RV Center. I feel comfortable and confident the work will be done right.

Wide World was a blessing to our family after a major break down on our family vacation. They helped rush order parts then worked tirelessly on our RV to get it fixed. They ensured everything on the camper was not only fixed but safe to continue on our journey. In the midst of chaos, we almost panicked and bought a different RV from them, but they helped us make level headed decisions and worked with our insurance company to get most of the damages covered. The frame on our slide came loose from the trailer. As a result, it would have been risky to operate it. We stopped in this town to survey it and call dealers. We were 8 miles from this center and they were able to put on rivets, replacing the screws that had worked their way loose. Andrew and Zac were thorough and the slide appears to be even more secure than before. The ladies in the office were nice on the phone and in person. Were do glad that we found this dealership!

Customer service was fantastic. We were able to get what we needed and advice for how to install the parts.

We just had our rv inspected & wheel bearings serviced at Wide World RV. What a great experience. This is a family run business and the owners, staff and rv techs are very knowledgeable, friendly and well versed on all of the top maintenance and technical issues. I write less than one review a year, but these folks really helped us out of a bind. My partner and I broke down outside of town on a 1,000 mile trip, and they were able to fix our ancient trailer. Super kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

These folks salvaged a bad day and got me to where I needed to go! I was towing my boat from Bucks County to my final destination in Braford County - about a 4-hour trip - when one of my trailer tires blew out as I was exiting the PA Turnpike at the Rt. 115 / Bear Creek exit. AAA put on the spare, but that was not in good enough shape to take me the rest of the way. Turns out Wide World RV Center was just 5 miles away so I went there to get a new tire. They took care of me with a new set of wheels and tires (the only option available at the time) and got me on my way within an hour. While I waited I observed several seemingly regular customers come and go. Everyone was treated kindly and in a helpful manner, and I saw that this was a respected establishment. Overall, my little mishap added 2 hours to my trip, but these folks got me there on safe wheels - the same wheels that got me home safely one week later. Many Thanks!

Traveling north bound on 81 when a centering pin on one of my leaf springs decided it didn't want to play anymore and left my 3725 Montana. This caused the axle to shift and cause the rear left tire to travel enough forward to also damage one of my G.......well long story short.....these folks had a 7000# spring, tire and all the necessary parts to get us back on the road.Not only did they fix our camper, they provided us a spot on their lot and provided 50 amp electric service to spend the night. When they opened in the morning they jumped right on the repair and did a great job. Everyone from the people in the front on the store to the mechanics were absolutely fantastic to work with. I wish I remembered the individual name who answered my call and coordinated everything, but boy I was impressed with her parts knowledge and her family business. One could not ask for any better service or people. For a late afternoon breakdown, this business made something that was stressful not so bad. My wife and I even got a restful night.Also just a side note, the mechanic that did my work was so good. Most mechanics get nervous when a customer is watching right over their shoulder's. I usually do all work on my camper myself, and I am very picky how things should be completed but he was not bothered at all. Had some great conversations and he took my advice and did a super job.

I purchased a 6x10 Cam Trailer from here in early February of this year. The 2 ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and knowledable about everything that had to do with trailers and guided me through every step of the process. I will for sure be doing business with them again in the future!!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They stock a good supply of camper/RV specific items that you won't find elsewhere. Prices seem in line with online prices.

I give them a 5 star plus. I was camped at a nearby state park and I had a problem with the main electrical receptacle on my trailer. I called first thing Monday morning and talked with Maria. Maria had me send pictures, made sure she had the needed part and told me to bring it in and they worked me in. I arrived at 10:30 and was gone by 12:30. Thanks Maria for being so helpful and on top of things. They did great work and reasonably priced. I was not a regular customer but a Texan passing through. I highly recommend this company.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our 5th wheel. The women that work out front are very friendly and knowledgeable and the technicians in the back are very thorough, skilled, and efficient.

I came in with an issue where filling up the fresh water tank resulted in the bathroom sink spraying and flooding the bathroom. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 24 hours! Excellent service.

These folks are winners! We had a RV emergency on Sunday night driving cross country. We came in unannounced Monday morning. They were polite, helpful and saved us out of a major /potentially life-threatening disaster. Fair price. Very friendly and great service .

These guys are great. I purchased a hitch off of Amazon which was a big mistake. After Amazon sent me the wrong parts twice, Wide World was nice enough to talk me through what other parts I needed and also contact the manufacturer the verify fitment. They did all of this for me even though I didn't purchase the hitch from them. I did end up buying the missing parts from them. I would definitely go here first in the future.

No BS, family ran and not only did we buy a new Rv but we made friends for life. From the moment we walked in, till the final signatures on the paperwork everyone treated my wife and I like friends. Their prices beat everyone but what sold us was the no hassle, no bs and no pressure to buy atmosphere. They took their time showing us everything (a few times cause I am a pain in the a$$) and really took newbies by the hand and helped us so much. Our camper blew a bearing and lost a wheel while traveling I-81. We were far from home with no idea where to go. Wide World came up as the nearest RV store in a Google search, which was lucky for us. They had a new axle shipped the next day and the camper totally fixed the day after that. They were quick, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you Wide World RV Center for taking care of us in a pinch!

Traveling on I81 from Massachusetts to South Carolina we lost a wheel and destroyed an axle on my enclosed trailer. Lucky for me World Wide RV was a couple miles off the exit. Because the axles that were installed in the trailer werent heavy enough they ordered and installed two 7k axles. The owners and staff went way above expectations to help me out of a bad situation. I am truly grateful I broke down where I did.

Very kind people with a strong sense of family. They saved my bacon when my rv sprung a propane leak!This place is highly focused on trailers. They are not generally equipped to handle class A, B and C rvs.
